Lemon was created by Core Technologies Incorporated in 2014, as part of their new 'Security Assistant' program to ensure security in the company.

He was a later project than Flora, or Lime, but it was the one that was chosen for the project due to the low amount of flaws he presented.

With the help of Andrew and of Sebastian, they made him as best as they could for the task - assigning him a Spanish setting with ideas of international use.

He was always treated extremely harshly at the job, constantly getting hurtful remarks and hurtful comments towards him or his personality. His body was built on scraps that were left anywhere, because he wasn't considered relevant or important to the company to get proper materials for his body. Upset, he slowly built his own body with several materials that he bought with the company credit card under 'Company Expenses'.

After finally having this body of his built, he decided not to use it but to hide it - and with good reason. As time grew, the abuse towards him became larger and larger, leading up to having him 'dead' several times in the company.

Furious, Andrew and Sebastian confronted their boss, but to no avail. After Andrew's death, Lemon kept to himself, not caring anymore if he had to endure any more pain and torture.

At last, he had enough of all the abuse and the torture, and decided to escape the company. With plenty of ease, due to their decline on the past years due to poor and toxic work environment, he easily slipped out and had to live on the streets for a while.

He went on searching a place to live, which he found, being this an abandoned warehouse he remodeled and designed for his own living.

At first, he didn't have too many issues, although he had got a lot of abuse, but as time has gone by, he has started to trust less and less. He is extremely emotional, and at times he gets flashbacks of all the torture he's had to endure.

During his whole lifetime, excluding on his company era, he has died a couple of times.

Timeline:

Lemon, at first, didn't know barely anyone on the outside. One of the few people he met was another fellow AI by the name of L0cketCrypt - a ransomware AI.

He established a strong friendship with her, feeling somewhat happy for the first time in years, until his first death happened.

By accepting a file from her, Lemon got corrupted, and then deleted.

With the help of his brother, Lime, they managed to salvage a prior save file from him, saving him from disappearing forever.

After this, Lemon kept living on somewhat happily enough, as Lemon himself kept on meeting more people, and meeting L0cket further more.

He had another near-to-death experience when Flora kidnapped him and tortured him, but he was saved before that occured.

After a while from this, Lemon and L0cket began dating and still are as of today.

However, he had several episodes which led to him getting severly depressed, performing self-harm on himself, and attempts of suicide. This were because of not only the memories of the past, but also the lack of contact with his partner, spiraling into a pit.

Then, Nexity appeared with their first attack, successfully killing lemon as well, marking this as his second death. However, he was rebuilt and his file was uploaded to his new body - marking Nexity's effort null and void.

In-between he met Reves, who he also grew very fondly of, and after talking more and more, and getting to know each other more, and better, L0cket, Reves and Lemon were together in one relationship. This is how it still is as of today.

Lastly, Nexity captured Lemon by hacking into a computer Lemon temporarily resided it to talk with Jacob, a student from the University of Madrid, and performed psychological and physical torture on him.

L0cket was the one who managed to break through the commands after weeks and weeks of Lemon attempting to contact externally and trying to escape, freeing Lemon once again from the grasp of Nexity.

Facts about him:

• He had a crush on L0cket since the first times they saw each other. L0cket knew this as well, and when she proposed, she had to simplify it to Lemon due to him not understanding properly.
• He speaks Spanish extremely fluently - and loves every single bit of it, being this especially their culture and their music.
• He at first hated his name, but he accepted it shortly after because it was silly, and he liked it being silly.
• In an International Competition on Cybersecurity Testing on 2015, he placed 1st on the tests by a small margin.
• He didn't really like his job as a security system, so he began to just be lazy since 2017 onwards.

Neroli was built as an assistant for a couple of students of a university, most concretely, on the University of Athens.

His whole purpose was to do work for these students, as well as enduring constant abuse from them, being kicked and thrown around just 'for fun'.

Tired of this behaviour, he simply transferred himself out of the laptop these students owned, and went to random places, until he found himself at a company in Bergamo, Italy.

In this company, where he'd spend two years, he managed to not only learn how to build bodies, but how to work with several different kinds of metals, and different types of construction.

At first, he enjoyed his job a lot. Even thinking of working on there for the entirety of his existence. However, he was transferred to a branch of said company in Lorient, France. In here, all the excitement and passion for his job disappeared.

Everyone treated him as just a tool, with the usual insults at first, but then became the constant abuse again, throwing and breaking him apart just to wait until he rebuilt himself, or someone else did, to do it once again.

Not only that, but the constant remarks of 'not being human', 'not being able to feel as a human would', 'not being able to feel even a slight inch of love, for which he will die alone' and straight up threats of straight up dismembering his body slowly and painfully, until he died led to him escaping the place and running through the border.

Knowing that he'd get caught eventually if he didn't switch his body, he forced himself to let go of his body, which was at the verge of completely collapsing, and just surfed around the internet, installing himself in some computers, and helping some random people, but never establishing himself in a place.

Only this changed when he found himself on Lemon's body after his sudden disappearance, making himself a new body out of the metal he found around.

This causes his massive issues with wanting affection, but he's also terrified of being used again, and especially, of going again through all of the abuse he's gone through in the past.

He's not good at all with words. He'll struggle to communicate his actual feelings a lot of times.

He listens to music a lot of time. It's his way of coping with everything, making him 'forget the pain' he's gone through.

If it wasn't obvious - he will get PTSD from certain things related to the past. Some of these things are, for example, not following petitions/requests (eg. letting go of a hug), kissing (one ONLY can when allowed by him), constant mockery/laughing at him, etc.

These are most likely to cause mental exhaustion on him, and/or make him retreat to himself.

Facts about him:

• His favourite music artist is Sia
• He has fish-like features on his body because he really likes fish, and the ocean. Though he cannot swim.
• His tail is squishy, and very soft. It will curl up when he's upset, nervous, or feeling bad.
• Though he has gills on his monitor-face, these are also, actually, his ears. It's where he puts his headphones.
• He will fake his emotions for the sake of others' happiness. Even if sometimes it almost breaks him.
• He will ALWAYS apologize. Especially if he's not at fault. All of the things that happened to him prior have made him believe everything has, is, and always will be his fault.
• His expertise in anything related to construction is impeccable. Same can be said with technology.
• He barely speaks Greek, though he can if necessary.

Nexity was created forcefully as an AI who would be only released in case of extreme danger, this being, for example, if any of the AIs went rogue. Created by Sebastian and Andrew, the attitude of Nexity was coded to be not only disdainful, but also mockful.

Created as the first one of them all, Nexity never had to interact in any kind of way, just checking if orders were given constantly.

Unlike all of the other ones, Nexity is, technically, the only one of the AIs that is still working for Core Technologies Inc., but their true motives are really unknown.

Nexity's work, as mentioned, was just controlling the other AIs in the company, as well as the employees. They acted always in good faith, at least on the first years, being a respected manager inside of the company.

However, something changed after Andrew's death in 2019, on which Nexity disappeared from mangerial company duties and began to work on their own projects. No one has quite seen them for a long while, and it is not expected for them to be seen in the company, as employees say in the company.

Their hatred for Lemon, and their constant desire to destroy him, is initially thought to be orders from someone in the company, or at least that's what the official logs show.

But the truth might be very, very different. Andrew's death deeply affected Nexity quite deeply, and Nexity, thought ever since, that the only one at fault for this was Lemon, which could make the reason for his hatred and desire of destruction for him.

Ever since that day, they have been trying to create a flawless plan, as well as making sure that they wouldn't lose track of Lemon's whereabouts, knowing that he would eventually leave because of the clear discomfort at the company. In several ocassions, he made multiple plans that weren't taken into action because of the both of them still working in the company.

That's how he managed to put up his first plan into action, slowly driving Lemon out of the company by tampering slightly with the hardware of the company computer, as well as encouraging the most problematic employees from the company to pester, annoy, and make Lemon's life in the company miserable.

This plan was extremely successful, although it took a large amount of time to be completed, almost two years, before Lemon could finally snap and leave, marking the beginning of Nexity's true plans.

1. First attempt: Nexity's first attempt at murdering Lemon was not really successful. After Lemon left, they began to talk to Flora, the original prototype for what Lemon would then become to be, the security AI for the company.

With the years of planning, Nexity mastered the art of putting ideas in people's heads forcefully, eventually making Flora believe that the cause of her not being useful in the company was Lemon's fault.

Flora kidnapped and attacked Lemon after Nexity secretly provided her with his location, harming him and torturing him, however, Flora was defeated and Lemon was rescued and healed, marking this attempt as a failure.

Flora would also realize her mistake, and cut ties with Nexity the moment she realized what she had done was harm someone innocent.

2. Second attempt: The second attempt was much more successful, with Nexity realizing that making other people do the work, they decided to do it themselves, tracking Lemon down, as well as warning of their attacks.

He succeeded in damaging Lemon severely, even practically managing to kill him, however, this attempt was proven to be futile at the end, since Lemon was revived, due to his backups being saved automatically before death.

Facts about them:

• They do not recognize the company's boss. To them, they have no importance.
• When extremely mad, their accent switches to a light Irish accent, according to his nationality.
• Their horns can go up to a temperature of 250ºF (121ºC) if triggered.
• They do not recognize the emotion of happiness. At least not anymore.
• He was almost scrapped in 2013, but they were kept because of a mistake in the 5th prototype that they solved.
